Al Mouj Muscat wins at Real Estate Asia Awards 2022

Al Mouj Muscat has been honoured in a prestigious awards program called Real Estate Asia Awards 2022 which celebrates real estate industry excellence across the Asia Pacific region.

Zunairah received the Luxury Residential Development of the Year - Oman Award, and Beyond Dreams, a promotional campaign for Golf Beach Residences won Marketing & Brand Initiative of the Year - Oman Award. Interestingly, it featured a film that attracted 38 million views on social media to become the most watched viral advertisement in Oman and resulting in 90% of the villas selling within four weeks of launch.
