Aside from the 2,200 permanent jobs created through corporate operation, Golf, Marina, retail and construction activities, Al Mouj Muscat also indirectly contributed to national employment through its supply chain spending, the spending of its employees, its suppliers’ employees and all the companies operating within al Mouj. Furthermore, women make up for 40% of the leadership positions at Al Mouj.
